Project Development Timeline
Every dedicated microgrid follows a clear, proven project pathway designed to bring cost-effective power online quickly while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial predictability. This process allows LPI to bring the first 25 MW power block online in as little as 12 months, often faster than traditional utility infrastructure.
Phase One
Project Development
LPI completes all studies and permit applications while conducting required analyses, such as Environmental Impact, with permitting running concurrently alongside long-lead material procurement to keep timelines short.
Phase Two
Construction
LPI’s simplified construction process minimizes on-site work, with progress paced by major equipment deliveries and phased deployment that brings additional power blocks online every 3–4 weeks.
